Dorothy Livaditis has been a general practice attorney in York, Pennsylvania for 30+ years. Her practice consists of representing clients in the areas of business transactions, corporations, partnerships, wills, estates, liquor license transactions, and real estate matters. Dorothy is currently the longest serving custody conciliator for the York County Custody courts.
A York County native, Dorothy graduated from Dickinson College and received her Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law. After graduation, she served as a fulltime prosecutor in the York County District Attorney’s Office for four years; she then began her career in private practice.
Over the years, Dorothy has served on various boards of nonprofit organizations. She has also served on committees of the York County Bar Association and in recent years as chair/co-chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee. Dorothy has been teaching Business Law at York College of Pennsylvania throughout the years; she continues to enjoy teaching her students about the law and sharing her personal experiences with them. A daughter of Greek immigrants, Dorothy speaks fluent Greek and has remained very active in the Greek community, volunteering for many hours at her church in various capacities. Dorothy enjoys attending the sports events of her nieces and nephews, as well as supporting her favorite professional sports teams.
Attorney Kristina Bange is a lifelong resident of York County, Pennsylvania. Her primary practice areas include wills, powers of attorney, living wills and estates, adoptions, name changes, contracts (including leases and prenuptial agreements), business entity formations and real estate.
Kristina received her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law (now Widener Law Commonwealth) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 1996. While attending Widener, Kristina achieved Dean’s Honor List and was awarded the Am Jur Award in Legal Methods. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education (Secondary, French), in 1987 from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude. During a semester of study abroad in 1986, Kristina received a Diplôme d'études étrangères at the University of Nancy, France.
Kristina is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the Courts of Common Pleas of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and served as a York County Delegate to the Pennsylvania Bar Association. As an active member of the York County Bar Association, she has served as an Association Board Member and Secretary, a member of the Family Law, Estate Planning and Probate Law and Real Estate Sections and the Law Day Committee of the York County Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the local Bar.
Since 2011, Kristina has enjoyed teaching Legal Environment of Business as an Adjunct Professor in the Graham School of Business at York College of Pennsylvania. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, boating, and fishing with her husband and is active in her church.
Alisa N. Livaditis practice focuses on criminal defense, summary and traffic citation defense, real estate, and incapacitation/guardianship proceedings. She has successfully represented hundreds of clients in criminal matters to resolve their cases to their satisfaction. This includes not guilty verdicts at jury and bench trials, as well as dismissals from summary trials and even as early as preliminary hearings. If you are being charged with a crime, Alisa can also offer you critical advice on how to deal with any potential proceedings. Alisa also assists families in private adoptions and guardianship proceedings relating to disabled or elderly adults.
Alisa N. Livaditis was raised in Johnson City, Tennessee. She graduated magna cum laude from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, and then attended the University of Tennessee where she obtained her Juris Doctorate and was a member of the Tennessee Law Review. Following her admission to the Maryland and District of Columbia bars, she worked as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Penny L. Blackwell in the York County Court of Common Pleas and became admitted in to practice in Pennsylvania. She served as an assistant public defender in the York County Public Defender’s office for approximately four years before transitioning to the Law Offices of Dorothy Livaditis.
Alisa is a member of the York County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She was also a member of the York Young Professionals.
Attorney Stephanie Kogut focuses her practice on family law and domestic matters. Steph graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Barco School of Law in 2014. During her time in law school, Steph was a law clerk for a mid-sized general practice firm as part of the Family and Collaborative Law Group as well as the Municipal Law Group. Stephanie received the CALI Award for Excellence in Advanced Family Law Advocacy and was the 2014 recipient of the Eric D. Turner Award from the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Pennsylvania Chapter.
Following graduation, Steph was hired on as an associate specializing in all aspects of family law as well as property tax assessment appeals for local school districts and general municipal law.
In 2017, Steph returned to her hometown of York, PA where she continued her family law practice with an additional focus on child welfare law. Steph also worked as an assistant Solicitor for various local municipal clients.
In 2020, Steph joined the law firm of Dorothy Livaditis where she works closely with family law and domestic clients to reach fair and reasonable resolutions in difficult life situations. Steph was recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Family Law for 2020 and 2021.
